Kundalini yoga will improve your vitality. The kriyas are designed to stimulate your immune, glandular, nervous, digestive and respitory systems. It will not only heal you but help your body relax while stretching and strengthening.
Kundalini yoga meditation improves your mental faculties. Studies show memory, depression, anxiety and even addiction can be helped with mindfulness and meditation. Take a break from daily life and learn techniques to happiness and healthiness.
