Healing Mind Body and soul

There's much to see here. So, take your time.  All disease can be traced back to stress. Being proactive in our own health is very positive.  Whether you have a cold or covid19 there are things you can do to help yourself.  This is not a replacement of medical advice. 

Healing takes place in a harmonious inner environment

Activate the Lymphatic System Video

This set begins with a breathing exercise for deep inner Trust. The Kriya should be adjusted to your energy level and will stimulate the healing force.. We end with a sound current for wholeness and relaxation.

Get out of Fatigue Video

This only takes 1 minute!  You can do this anytime to reboot yourself but especially after exertion.  This is done with the Dog Breath which boosts the immune system.  You can even try it in your bed!

Healing Mind/Body

This 1 hour class begins with a purification of the lungs 3min, Breath of fire massages the glands and organs.  The kris is a feel good set that will put you on the track of healing. Wen end with a relaxation and mantra vibrating health and wholeness into our being.

Dog Breath Video

This 3 minute exercise brings energy to help build your immune system.  It will make you feel good.  The intro ends and the breath begins at the 2:40 mark.  

Vital Life Force Boost (Wim Hof Method)

This is a powerful breath done in a very relaxed state. It will change your inner chemistry to an alkaline state and give you a sense of renewed power.  Everyone can do it! Its easy!
