Ego Eradicator

This exercise will strengthen the auric field.  Good for a boost of energy.  Pushes oxygen into the blood leaving you feeling refreshed. This is a 3 minute exercise and starts at the 1:34 sec mark

4/4 Breath for confusion

Clarity  and Alertness are the effects of this 3 minute breathing exercise. Easy to do and will help reset your glandular system.  Practice starts at the 1:45 minute mark.

Basic Breath Series (Alternate Nostril Breathing)

This set will give you a quick lift, increased clarity and sense of balance.  A few warm ups followed by variations of nostril breathing, meditation, long Sat Nam's ending with a long Gong relaxation.

Long Deep Breathing (7second in/ex)

We are going to stimulate the nectar in the brain by slowing down the breath to 4x per minute.  About 7/8 seconds in and out.  When the inner nectar start to secrete through the glands there's a message sent to the entire nervous system.  It becomes active. There is a vitality that cascades through the whole body and mind. It doesn't come from a drug or a belief system.  Its the result of your brain coming into synchrony.
