Here are just a few meditations that you can do everyday.  Before you start, check out the TUNING IN tutorial. Then look around and learn a meditation that you can do everyday.  There is a instructional short video of the meditation.  Then the Meditation itself.  Practice to the video or learn it for yourself. OR learn the meditation and then do anytime at the marker point. 

How to Tune in Before your practice

TUNING IN

Always start your practice (Sadhana) by Tuning In.  It helps create a link to you and the high souls.  It forms a protection around your Electro Magnetic Field (Aura) endeavoring you to go deeper while in the net of safety of the guru's that have gone before us. 

Kirtan Kriya Intro

Learn the How and Why of this meditation.  It will become your best friend.

Kirtan Kriya

A timeless meditation that will help you with your monkey mind.  11 Minutes a day will help reboot your glandular system leaving you feeling with a sense of Well Being.

Meditation for Healing Addictions

We are all creatures of habit.  Ask yourself are they self promoting or self-demoting habits?  Are you a slave to your habits?  This one meditation will not be understood by science for a long time and is a meditation of the future.  Do this for 3 minutes with the video or really watch what can happen after 11 minutes!

Sat Kriya

This is a complete Kriya in and of itself.  Balancing all the Chakras & nervous system, all the while calming emotional distress. This Kriya channels the creative and sexual energies of the body.... and it only takes 3 minutes!  When you know how to do it just skip to 4:50 mark to start.

Long Ek Ong Kar (11 min)

Also known as the Ashtang mantra.  8 sounds that act like a lever moving energy through the Chakras connecting the soul with the universal soul. Awaken the Kundalini.  Its more than a idea its an experience. With each of the eight parts of the mantra, feel yourself vibrating and releasing the flow of energy in a rising sequence through your spinal column, 3rd eye and aura.

Intro to Sodarshan Chakra Kriya

This is the" Why and How to" for this exceptional meditation.  This is one of those meditations that you must try and experience for yourself. 

Sodarshan Chakra Kriya (11 min>>>>>>>>>)

This is a sub-conscious garbage cleaner for sure!  If you have been acting neurotically and out of control most likely you have a build up of unprocessed thoughts and feelings in your sub conscious.  This meditation will take care of that.
